Introducing the Metrex Online Trouble Ticket systemSeptember 4th, 2003 | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
To answer the growing need for MOMEX documentation and to provide a means of contact which is available 24/7, Metrex is proud to announce the recent launch of the MOMEX support section. Who would use it? Anyone who uses MOMEX software, scripts, or hosting services. This includes employees as well as clients and customers. What would it be used for? Driven by requests submitted through the Trouble Ticket system, clients and employees will find answers to Frequently Asked Questions about our products and services and more specifically, how to use our software to accomplish tasks. If you find your question is not answered, or if you would like to submit a bug report, service enhancement request or product request, please submit a request through our online form. Why should I submit my requests instead of calling directly? This Ticket system has mainly been put into place to keep track of and prioritize incoming requests and bug reports so they can be handled efficiently and effectively. Unless your site or services are down and non-functional, submitting a request online will be the most effective way of reaching our development team with your specific requests. Where can I find it? To make it quick and easy to find, Metrex configured http://support.metrex.net to point to the Support page on our site. How do I know whether my requests are being reviewed? Metrex uses the Trouble Ticket system internally to keep track of issues which need attention. You will receive a confirmation email after your initial submission, and will be kept informed by emailed updates complete with brief notes from the Metrex staff members who worked on your request. What if I have troubles submitting using the Submit Request form? As a last resort, requests may be sent through the standard Metrex Contact form. Please ensure "Support" is the department selected. This method is only to be used when the Trouble Ticket form is giving you difficulties, since the Contact form doesn't tie into the Trouble Ticket system at all. Questions? Comments? Give the Submit Report/Trouble Ticket form a try, and see how it works! |
