How the MOMEX™ Ticket system works

The MOMEX™ Ticket system is used to manage and track all requests from Metrex clients and users. When a ticket is submitted, it is automatically assigned a tracking number and directed to the appropriate employee for handling. The ticket system is constantly monitored by Metrex staff. When the status of the ticket changes, or if more information is required to resolve the ticket you will recieve an email update at the address you provide. You should complete a ticket if one of the following situations are true:

  • You would like to add additional features to your MOMEX™ solution.
  • You would like to make a change to an existing service or solution.
  • You experienced a bug or problem that you would like to report.
  • You would like to know more about how Metrex can help you with your technology issues.

How to complete a ticket

To submit a ticket, complete the form above and click the 'submit request' button. Below is a description of the type of information we require in each field.

  • Name: Your name, or the name of the person who needs to be informed when there are changes to your ticket status.
  • Email: Email address where status updates to your ticket should be sent.
  • Your URL: Your web site address (e.g., www.metrex.net) or the specific web site address where you experienced the bug or problem.
  • Phone: If we are unable to send status updates via email we may need to call you. Please provide us with the best contact number to reach you.
  • Type: Select an option which most closely matches your submission
    • Service Request: Your submission deals with a change request or additional services required on your web site or Metrex product/service.
    • Inquiry: You require more information on a specific service or product.
    • Bug Report: Your submission deals with a problem or error found on your web site or other Metrex service/product.
    • Other: Your submission does not match the other options.
  • Urgency: Select an option which most closely matches your submission
    • Required: Your submission deals with formal request to change or make an addition to features of your web site. Note: Required requests may be subject to Metrex billable rates.
    • Critical: Your submission deals with a problem which is preventing use or access to your web site.
    • Urgent: Your submission deals with a problem but does not prevent use or access to your web site.
    • Desired: Your submission deals with a nice-to-have feature and you would like to receive more information on the effort involved in implementing your suggestion or request.
  • Submission Details: As a general rule the more detailed information we are provided, the faster we are able to resolve a ticket. Include here the details of your ticket submission or request.
